“The UCC wishes Taras all the best and we thank him for his efforts and achievements during the past 6 years,” said UCC President Paul Grod. “Taras is leaving UCC stronger than he found it, with great staff and support in place, a strong board, effective committees, engaged membership, and exceptional relations with the new Government of Canada. We are very grateful to Taras for his outstanding work, unwavering commitment and the personal sacrifices that both he and his family made to enhance the UCC and the Ukrainian Canadian community. I wish him great success in his new senior role with the Government of Canada.”
